An Interdisciplinary Workshop Course on the Future of the Panama Canal Metropolitan Landscape Each January a three-week Winter Session workshop course brings students to Panama City for a field-based, research- and design-oriented learning experience. The overall theme of the four-credit course is the urbanization and conservation of the Panama Canal metropolitan region, which the World Monuments Fund has designated an endangered site.
